Seller Products Orders Delivery Withdrawal Warranties Disputes

1. Seller and scope

CHILLVIA products are sold by JOLIA, a French SASU with share capital of €100.00, registered office at 147 Ter Boulevard de Strasbourg, 94130 Nogent-sur-Marne, France, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 983 131 335.

These terms apply to consumer orders placed through chillvia.fr and getchillvia.com.

2. Products and pre-contract information

Essential product characteristics, Adult and Kids variants, bundle quantities, instructions, prices and availability are displayed before purchase.

CHILLVIA Patch is an external-use comfort product designed to provide a refreshing sensation. It is not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat illness, fever, heatstroke or any medical symptom. Kids must be used under adult supervision.

Product photos and visuals are illustrative. Minor differences in shade, print or presentation may occur without changing the essential product characteristics.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros including applicable taxes. Delivery charges and any additional costs are shown before final confirmation.

Promotions are valid during the announced period and while stocks last.

4. Orders

The customer selects a product or bundle, reviews the basket, provides the required information, selects delivery and payment, then confirms the order.

The order becomes final when payment is authorised and the order confirmation is sent.

JOLIA may refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability, obvious pricing error, failed payment, suspected fraud, abnormal request or unresolved previous dispute, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments or other payment providers activated on the store.

JOLIA does not directly store full bank-card information.

6. Availability

Offers are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, the customer will be informed quickly and will receive a refund or another solution compliant with applicable law.

7. Dispatch and delivery

Unless otherwise stated, orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch time is the time needed to prepare and hand the parcel to the carrier. It is not the final delivery time.

The delivery method, price and estimate are displayed before payment and repeated in the order confirmation.

If no specific delivery date or period is agreed, delivery will take place within the maximum period required by applicable law.

8. Cancellation before dispatch

As long as the order has not been prepared or fulfilled, the customer may submit a cancellation request. A late request may not stop fulfilment.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of the last item in the order to notify JOLIA that they wish to withdraw, without giving a reason.

The request can be sent by email, through the contact form, or through the electronic order-management feature when available.

Eligible goods must then be returned within 14 days, properly protected, with their components and packaging.

Direct return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated or unless the return is due to confirmed non-conformity.

Eligible payments, including the original standard-delivery charge, are refunded within the applicable legal period. JOLIA may withhold reimbursement until the goods or proof of dispatch are received.

“I hereby withdraw from the contract relating to order no. ______, received on ______. Name: ______. Address: ______. Date: ______.”

Sealed hygiene products: where the statutory exception applies, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may lose the withdrawal right once unsealed.

10. Returns, incorrect or damaged items

Before returning a product, contact support@chillvia.fr or use your order account to receive the applicable return instructions.

If an item is incorrect, damaged or non-conforming, JOLIA will provide the remedy required by law and will cover reasonable return costs where the issue is confirmed.

11. Statutory warranties

Consumers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, independently of any commercial warranty.

For new goods, the statutory guarantee of conformity may be exercised during the legal period applicable from delivery, under the conditions set by French consumer law.

12. Use and safety

  • External use only.
  • Do not apply to eyes, mouth or nose.
  • Do not use on irritated, broken or sunburned skin.
  • Stop use if redness, burning or irritation occurs.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
  • Use the Kids version only under adult supervision.
  • Do not delay medical consultation when symptoms require it.

13. Liability and force majeure

JOLIA is responsible for its obligations within the limits set by law. JOLIA cannot be held liable for misuse, failure to follow instructions, incorrect information provided by the customer, or an unforeseeable and irresistible event, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

14. Personal data

Processing related to orders, payments and requests is explained in the Privacy policy.

15. Intellectual property

The CHILLVIA brand, logo and content remain the property of JOLIA or their respective owners. Buying a product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights.

16. Complaints, mediation and disputes

Complaints should first be sent to support@chillvia.fr in order to seek an amicable solution.

Consumer mediation details will be added after JOLIA has formally joined a competent consumer mediation body.

French law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s country of residence.

17. Language and changes

For sales targeting France, the French version may prevail in the event of an interpretation difference if a French version is made available.

JOLIA may update these terms for future orders. The version accepted at checkout applies to the order concerned.
